- Your order will be shipped in a gift box, tied with a ribbon, ready for gift giving (ribbon color/design will vary). It will also include a note from Sandy, the artist.
- It takes 2-3 working days to process your order, then it's shipped via UPS ground (taking between 2-5 working days depending on how far away you are from us in Oregon). If you need something 'rushed', please contact us by phone at 541-997-7766 to arrange rush shipping before you order. You can upgrade to 'overnight', '2 day' or '3 day' if you like. Expedited shipping charges start at $13 and can go up to over $100 depending on your location and how fast you want it.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
- All orders shipped within the continental USA ship via UPS Ground, from the West coast. It generally takes 5 working days to travel to the East coast via UPS Ground. You are welcome to upgrade you shipping (see above)
- Shipping charges within the USA: $8 for 1-2 items and $5 for 3 or more items, using our regular shipping method.

- Orders shipping outside the USA will be charged additional fees to cover shipping costs, depending on the country it's going to. We'll be in touch after we get your order to arrange the best shipping method for you. You can always contact us ahead of time to figure that out too.

We want you to buy with full confidence that you will love our jewelry, but rest assured, if for some reason it doesn't work for you, you can return it within 10 days. Here's what you do:
- email me at info@tobyandmax.com with the reason you want to return your item, and I'll give you a return authorization number to include in your package.
- mail it back, in it's original condition, with return authorization number, within 10 days, making sure it's packaged properly (we can't be held responsible for lost or damaged mail)
- upon it's arrival we will process your refund, minus shipping charges
